KulTech Incorporated, a small minority-owned business established in 1996 by Dr. Shri Kulkarni, has extensive environmental quality assurance (QA) and pollution prevention expertise. KulTech personnel have worked with several commercial clients, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the US Department of Energy in a number of research and QA support areas.

In addition to providing subcontracting technical services to several US EPA contractors for over ten years, KulTech has collaborated in several joint studies with independent contractors.
